Make tea using 2 cups of water and 2 tea bags. While hot, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until cooled.
When ready to serve, add lime juice and rum. Blend well and pour over a a single block of ice made from approximately 2 quarts of water. Top with a generous grating of fresh nutmeg and/or dress with slices of orange, lemon and lime.
